Terms of service

You need an account to use the scanner, Deal Hunter, alerts and card pages. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person per account.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued access costs $25 per month, billed in advance through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Plan & billing page; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

PokeScan reads listings from marketplaces such as eBay, estimates fair values from public price data and community pull-rate studies, and shows you the result. Purchases happen on those marketplaces, under their terms. We aren't a party to any sale.

Prices, odds, matches and risk flags are estimates. Listings change, data sources have gaps, and a title parser can misread a listing. Always check the photos, cert number, condition and seller before you buy. Nothing in PokeScan is financial or investment advice.

Don't resell, republish or bulk-export PokeScan data, scrape the site, share your account, or try to get around access limits or rate limits. Don't use PokeScan to harass sellers or manipulate auctions.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Some links to marketplaces are affiliate links, which may earn PokeScan a commission at no extra cost to you. They never change how deals are scored or ranked.

Pokemon, card names and card images are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures and Game Freak. PokeScan is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them, eBay or Fanatics.

PokeScan is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from purchases you make, missed deals, data errors or downtime, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; we'll email you about material changes before they take effect. You can stop using PokeScan and cancel at any time. We can end the service or your account with notice, and we'll refund any prepaid period we don't deliver.
